You can invite your teammates, customers, or friends to Sembly from the menu on the left by clicking the yellow button Invite to Sembly. Also, you can invite to register people who participated in your meeting straightly from the meeting page - click the Share button on the right and send an invite to the email.
If you're subscribed to Team, Team Plus, or Enterprise plans, you can also invite users to your Workspace. Go to Settings -> Members, type in the user's email, pick a role, and hit the Send Invite button.
