Why are the meeting Key Items empty?

If one of the automatically generated Meeting Keys is empty, it means that relevant topics weren't covered during your meeting. The system automatically generates the following: Actions, Issues,  Risks, Decisions, Notable, Events, and Requirements. You can also add items during the meeting by leveraging in-meeting commands.
