What happens to my meeting after I finish the call?

Depending on the way you ended your call, Sembly will start processing the transcript immediately or in 10 minutes.

- If you kick Sembly from the meeting, processing will start immediately;

- If you end the call, Sembly stays for 10 minutes and then starts processing; 

- If you stop the recording in Sembly, using the call control, processing will start immediately.

During the processing, you can access meeting is Sembly and add users to meeting access. After processing, you will be able to access the meeting transcript, Glance View, Key Items, and Meeting Minutes (depending on your service plan).

While processing, our transcript engine converts audio into text, and our AI algorithms perform the analysis of the transcripts and command recognition. The process will take some time, depending on the meeting length and the system load. You will receive your meeting in about 30 minutes.
